About the Role

· We’re looking for an in-person specialist who can work in St. Charles, MO, Monday through Friday. This is a person who can drive our search visibility, manage our online reputation, and is technically capable of executing changes, collaborating on design, and having a creative and coding background. This role blends strategy, creative, content, technical execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and search results. Develop and execute strategies to improve online sentiment and suppress/address negative content.

· SEO& GEO Strategy & Execution: Optimize content and site structure for standard search engine result pages using keywords and more, and for AI-driven search experiences (AI overviews, LLM-based search/answer engines, etc.)

· Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish blog posts and other SEO-optimized content on a regular schedule.

· Technical SEO & Coding: Implement HTML, structured data and basic front-end design

· Reporting: Build & deliver regular ORM & SEO performance reports (rankings, trends, review scores, traffic, etc)

· Design Collaboration: Understand Figma and HTML for creating internal and external communications

Required

· SEO & GEO experience

· Experience with ORM, including review platforms and monitoring tools

· Working knowledge of HTML and ability to make basic code-level edits and creations

· Familiarity with AI search optimization concepts

· Strong writing skills for blog and long-form content

· Experience building/reading SEO and ORM performance reports

· Comfortable navigating Figma

Good to Have

· Detail oriented

· Good time-management skills

· Experience creating microsites, newsletters, or other creative deliverables
