Clutch has a client looking for a Senior Social Media Manager. Experience from a consultancy is preferred!

Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative, data-driven Paid Media(SEO/SEM) & Digital Performance Manager who operates at the intersection of modern social strategy, performance marketing, and cutting-edge technology.

In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end digital and social campaigns, leverage advanced AI workflows to scale impact, and drive measurable growth across multi-channel environments. The ideal candidate blends high-level strategic communication with a "full stack" technical mindset—equally comfortable diving deep into data analytics as they are presenting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Strategy: Lead client presentations and pitch meetings, translating complex performance metrics and digital roadmaps into clear, actionable business strategies.
  • Omnichannel Performance Execution: Oversee integrated performance strategies across paid and organic social, SEO campaigns, SEM, retargeting, and audience acquisition funnels.
  • AI & Technical Innovation: Apply cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs into daily content generation, campaign workflows, data analysis, and creative testing.
  • Data & Analytics Leadership: Deep-dive into the technical and data side of campaigns to optimize conversion paths, audience retargeting, and overall ROI.
  • Platform & Stack Adaptation: Onboard and manage diverse enterprise martech tools customized to varied client ecosystems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in social media management, performance marketing, or digital strategy. Candidates from a consulting or agency background are strongly preferred. (High-potential candidates with exceptional mastery of modern AI workflows and technical agility will also be considered.)
  • AI Capabilities: Demonstrated proficiency with modern AI tools (including hands-on experience with Claude) and an ongoing drive to adopt the latest technologies.
  • Client-Facing Presence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of full-stack digital marketing fundamentals, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid social execution, and retargeting logic.
